These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of craylabel.co.uk (the “Website”) and any purchases made through the Website.

Our Website is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through our Website.

You agree not to use our Website or products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

2. PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, materials and finishes accurately.

However, colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and photography.

Product measurements and sizing information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations may occur between garments as a result of manufacturing processes.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the availability of products without notice.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;

• there has been an obvious pricing or product information error;

• we are unable to authorise or verify payment;

• we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or

• we are unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, you will receive a full refund for the affected products.

4. PRE-ORDERS

Certain CRAYLABEL products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate dispatch.

Where a product is a pre-order item, this will be clearly identified on the relevant product page.

Any estimated dispatch or delivery date given for a pre-order is an estimate unless we expressly state that a specific date is guaranteed.

Production and delivery times may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If there is a significant delay to a pre-order, we will provide updated information where reasonably possible.

By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge and agree that the product will not be dispatched immediately and that the delivery timeframe displayed at the time of purchase will apply.

Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected by purchasing an item on pre-order.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the Website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges will be shown separately during checkout before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided when placing your order.

6. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS

From time to time we may offer promotional codes, discounts or other promotions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

• only one promotional code may be used per order;

• promotional codes cannot normally be applied retrospectively;

• promotions may have an expiry date or specific eligibility requirements; and

• we reserve the right to withdraw a promotion where there has been an error, misuse or suspected fraud.

Any specific terms displayed alongside a promotion will also apply.

7. DELIVERY

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided.

Where no different delivery period has been agreed, goods will normally be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

For pre-orders, the delivery or dispatch timeframe stated on the relevant product page will apply.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, we may require payment of an additional delivery charge before resending the order, where legally permitted.

8. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to receive them.

Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.

9. CANCELLING AN ONLINE ORDER

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you will normally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

For most products, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you should return the products to us within 14 days.

Certain products may be exempt from cancellation rights under applicable law, including certain personalised or made-to-order products where the relevant legal exemption applies. Any applicable restriction will be made clear before purchase.

10. RETURNS

Products returned following a change of mind should be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.

You may inspect a product in the same way that you reasonably could in a physical shop. However, we may be entitled to reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by law, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods.

11. REFUNDS

Where you exercise a legal right to cancel, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We will normally refund payments using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Where permitted by law, we may wait until we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that they have been sent back before issuing the refund.

Any standard outbound delivery charge that we are legally required to refund will also be refunded. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery service than our standard delivery option may not be refundable.

12. FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.

Under UK consumer law, products must, among other things, be:

• of satisfactory quality; and

• fit for their intended purpose.

• garment designs;

• graphics;

• other brand assets.

Nothing on the Website grants you any licence or right to use any CRAYLABEL trademark, branding or intellectual property without our express permission.

However, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability or other information.

Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information.
